Pan-Brick is an insulated thin brick panel which is made up of a combination of plywood sheathing, polyurethane insulation and 1/2" (12mm) fired clay thinbrick. Pan-Brick provides an R10 insulating value.
PAN-BRICK stands up to extreme conditions, and requires no sealant or caulking to keep it completely weather-tight, even in wind-driven rain. The concealed fastening system and unique joint design result in a hand-laid masonry appearance.
PAN-BRICK weighs only 6.9 pounds per square foot (33kg per square metre) or 37 pounds per regular panel and can be installed less expensively than conventional masonry. The panels are light, easy to handle, and can be installed on wood, metal studs, over concrete or existing brick. All installations can be carried out in any weather without the aid of heating and hoarding, while installing 36 bricks at a time.
PAN-BRICK may be used for residential, commercial, new or retrofit construction and pre-engineered steel buildings.
